Multi-million refit of Chesterfield's Market Hall

Chesterfield’s historic Market Hall is undergoing a £4 million redevelopment which will provide 45 internal and external retail units, 22 offices, a central café/coffee shop and conference facilities.

The funding package includes £2.1 million of European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and Lottery grant with the remaining money coming from Chesterfield Borough Council.
