Meet Santa’s friendly elf as she takes you and your little one to write a Christmas letter (or a Christmas picture!) to Santa. It’s then time to post your letter in the North Pole post box, ready to be sent to Santa’s workshop to get the rest of the elves organised in helping your Christmas wishes to come true. Next, our elf will take you to meet the Great Man in Red himself for a lovely chat in his super cosy grotto, where your little one will receive a smashing gift to take away as an early Christmas present.
Want to make it a really special trip to Santa’s grotto? We are also offering a lovely pony ride for children* before their visit to Santa, dropping children close to the grotto – how exciting!

£5.00 per child for Santa’s Grotto.
£2.50 per pony ride.
Additional discounted winter farm park entry fees apply.
No need to pre-book. On arrival, simply pay for your Santa’s grotto/grotto with pony ride experience with your farm park entry and you will be given a ticket showing a time slot for you to go for your experience.
Please note: Santa’s grotto and pony rides are subject to availability on the day.
*3 years minimum. Riding staff will assess all children to ensure they can sit up and hold on safely before allowing a pony ride to take place. All children are led by a staff member and a parent/carer is welcome to walk alongside.
