‘Flog It’ Valuation Day at Barrow Hill
Flog It, the popular BBC One antiques programme presented by Paul Martin, is set to visit Barrow Hill Roundhouse Railway Centre on Thursday 29th September.
Members of the public are invited to visit the unique heritage attraction with up to three antiques or collectables they might be interested in selling. Once valued in this iconic historical location, the owner and a team of experts decide whether an object should go forward for auction. Everyone who goes along to the valuation day will receive a free appraisal of their items – even if their antiques are not chosen for filming or to go forward for auction.
Doors open at 9.30am and generally close at 4.00pm. Queuing usually starts from about 8.30am.
The valuation days are aimed at finding people who want to feature on Flog It!. People who are waiting to be seen will also be filmed as part of the background – so if you don’t want to be filmed, it’s best to stay away.
Admission is on a first-come basis on the valuation day. Entry is free, and so are all valuations.
