Edge Events Presents: “Quarantine Cuisine”
Cook-a-long with Quarantine Cuisine!
Each week, top chefs will conduct a range of food demonstrations in slow-time so that everyone can cook along and will be available online during the streaming to answer any questions. Prior to each demo, the ingredients you will need will be posted into the Facebook group here, giving you a full week to allow time to include them in your essential shopping list.
Once the cook-along has finished, you will be encourage to post photos of your attempts along with any feedback!

Food For A Future – Saturday 23rd May
This week Nottingham vegan collective “Food For A Future” will be taking to the knives. Normally this very friendly duo with a great sense of humour are travelling the country this time of year spreading their passion for vegan cooking far and wide. They will be showing how easy it is to make tasty and sustainable vegan food as well as offering alternative to products which people may struggle to find.
They will be cooking BBQ enchiladas & potato salad with home made mayo.
The tasty enchiladas are coated with BBQ sauce and cheese sauce. Served with a side of potato salad – you’ll never want to buy mayo again with this quick and easy recipe! They are versatile and filling, and are an easy way to get plenty of nutrition into your diet!
