Once the preserve of larger corporates, software automation is beginning to make significant inroads into many businesses.

With the opportunity to reduce costs and increase productivity, it’s no surprise why more organisations are beginning to take a long hard look at whether this should form part of their future.

This workshop is aimed at providing an introduction to the process of automating workflow, drawing on the implementation of a “voice bot” with a local enterprise.

With over 3 decades of experience in the IT sector and a specialism in software automation, Cloud2t will be delivering the workshop on behalf of the Innovation Support Project.

Through the use of their case study, they will seek to shed some light on the process involved in bringing software automation into your business – from mapping current systems, through to embedding solutions that integrate with existing software.

Please note this workshop will be held online via Microsoft Teams, so attendees will need to check that they have the correct software to attend the session. A link to the workshop will be sent out to everyone registered for the event 2-3 days prior to it taking place.

The project is part of the D2N2 Growth Hub 2019-2022 programme and is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund. This workshop forms part of that programme.
