How To Assess Projects Financially

accounting finance

Are you a small business owner or finance controller, who is faced with evaluating new projects commercially? Are you keen to bolster your capital decision-making process to help you make strategic and informed choices? If you are, this session will aim to provide you with the tools you need to take project finance planning to the next level.

When it comes to new projects or improvements to infrastructure, it pays not to leave anything to chance. Now, more than ever, making sound decisions to protect your current position, whilst also continuing to fuel future growth, can be a difficult-to-manage balancing act. Should you open that new branch? Is it time to upgrade your equipment or invest in new tech to ensure your business continues to be ‘match-ready’? Is the project you’re planning commercially viable and will there be the likely rate of return?

These and many more fundamental questions can be addressed with proper financial evaluation and this session will set out to show you how.

Who should attend this session?

This engaging session is a must for small business owners and finance managers who are instrumental in the new project decision-making process and are looking to explore techniques and methods for making informed capital investment choices.
