Designed for current leaders and aspiring leaders alike, this workshop series offers a unique opportunity to discover the tools you will need to positively lead others and help create a productive and effective work environment.
This series of workshops is part of the Derbyshire Festival of Business, showcasing Derbyshire’s extensive business capability to future clients and investors – through a range of free workshops, masterclasses, and events, which aim to share information and knowledge, as well as creating forums for networking and business growth.
What is the workshop series about?
Designed as a five-part series, these workshops and networking sessions offer a valuable insight into modern and inclusive leadership. You will learn how to recognise the unique value each member of your team contributes and discover how to develop positive engagement throughout the fabric of your organisation.

The first workshop takes place on Thursday 20 January from 10:00 – 12.00 and the following sessions will take place at the same time each Thursday until 17 February.
