Managing your Paid Search Campaigns

Would you like to learn how to optimise your organisation’s current paid search activity to get better results? Are you looking for ways to improve the way you manage your existing campaign and your all-important Quality Score? If you are, this workshop has been created to show you how.

Paid search can be a fantastic way to get your company products and services centre stage in searches. As with all marketing activity, understanding and following best practice is the key to success. If you’re currently managing your own paid search activity there are several ‘Dos and Don’ts’ to be aware of, and during this workshop we’ll take you through them to help you avoid potentially costly mistakes.

We’ll also set out to cover the methodology for reviewing the progress of your campaigns and utilising reporting features available, to enable you to measure the results and make continual incremental improvements.

Who should attend this workshop?

This workshop is a must for business owners and marketing personnel who want to explore the benefits of having a regular management process in place. Anyone who’d like to deploy paid search to raise awareness of their business, business services and products is welcome to join us, but it would be an advantage if you are already familiar with, or have some prior experience of paid search advertising.

Please note that this workshop is open to trading SMEs based in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Businesses located outside of this area will be unable to attend and instead directed to alternative support.

What will we cover?

  • Bidding on keywords and how to reduce wasted spend on key phrases that don’t work.
  • Ensuring you have all the available information to hand including data from Google Analytics.
  • Understanding how you can restructure your account to get more from your best performing keywords
  • Knowing how and when to use some of the automated solutions available from your paid search campaigns.
  • Including practical activities to help you set up and manage your paid search campaigns, so you will be given time to follow the guidance yourself and ask questions.
