Pandemic Plus Recruitment

Based on figures from the East Midlands Chamber Quarterly Economic Survey (Q4 2021), 33% of employers surveyed had increased the size of their workforce in the last quarter and 40% were set to in the immediate future.

And of those recruiting, 80% said that they found problems in the process.

The pandemic has had a significant impact on recruitment across many sectors.  Finding staff who will fill your roles is arguably harder than it’s ever been.

For a long time, recruitment was seen as a buyers’ market for employers.  The new world order puts far more power in the hands of the prospective employee.

This workshop is focused on some of the choices and approaches businesses can take around the way job roles are positioned and framed and will be led by Bernadette Curley of Lyndon James HR Consultants.

Bernadette has experience across the whole spectrum of HR support requirements, through businesses ranging in size from SMEs up to larger international enterprises.
