This business senior management team comprises Martin Gerrelli, Mark Bilson and Simon Woodward who are fiercely committed to delivering a customer experience where their customers feel valued, engaged and are in receipt of exceptional value for money. - Caribou Green Warmth LLP- www.caribou.uk.com : This is a housing retrofit joint venture with The Riverside Group and Torus Group that started in 2013. This company has undertaken thousands of energy efficiency and environmental measures to significantly reduce the incidence of fuel poverty and improve the health and wellbeing of communities. Additionally, at least 80% of all profits are charitably reinvested back into local communities. Notable projects include the Greater Manchester Green Deal Communities scheme which won the Large-Scale Project of the Year 2016 at the National Energy Efficiency and Retrofit Awards and the Department of Communities and Local Government Greater Manchester Flood Resilience Programme
- Hilbre Homes LLP- www.hilbrehomes.co.uk: This is a joint venture launched in April 2017 to deliver 500 homes predominantly for sale in partnership with a north west based registered provider
