The brand new 55,000 sq. ft. industrial building at Markham Vale, aptly named MV55, is now available for immediate occupation.
MV55 provides a gross internal warehouse area of 52,500 sq. ft. with a further 2,500 sq. ft. office accommodation at 1st floor level with an option to expand below.
