EyeSiteView wins global award within ten months of launch
Chesterfield-based technology company EyeSiteView has achieved international recognition after winning Best Digital Transformation Project at the Global PropTech Awards, just ten months after launching.
EyeSiteView, a PropTech startup focused on transforming how new homes are bought and sold, received the award on Tuesday, 10th of March at the ExCeL London during the London PropTech Show, one of the sector’s leading global events.
The win marks a major milestone for the business, which was established less than a year ago following its transition from Oasis Studio. Since launching as a standalone company, EyeSiteView has quickly built a reputation for delivering meaningful digital innovation across the UK property and construction sector, an industry often described as slow to adopt new technology.
The company’s platform connects the entire home-buying journey into a single digital experience, allowing buyers to explore and understand properties before they are built, while helping developers improve sales performance. Traditionally, off-plan purchases rely heavily on brochures and drawings, but EyeSiteView replaces this with immersive digital tools that provide greater clarity and confidence for buyers.

The award recognises both innovation and strong commercial impact, with EyeSiteView projects delivering a 41.7% increase in upgrade and optional extras revenue for developers and more than 60% of homes sold off-plan on certain developments.
CMP Legal marks five years of growth with Dealmakers recognition
Chesterfield-based CMP Legal has been shortlisted in multiple regional Dealmakers Awards, marking five years of rapid growth and strengthening its reputation as a leading corporate adviser.
The Chesterfield-based law firm has been recognised in the South Yorkshire and East Midlands Dealmakers Awards, highlighting its growing reputation across the region and nationally. The firm has been shortlisted in the Deal of the Year (sub £10m) category for its role advising on the merger of Mitchells Chartered Accountants (SMH Mitchells) with SMH Group, acting as legal advisers to SMH Group on the transaction.
The recognition follows further success in the Insider East Midlands Dealmakers Awards 2026, where CMP Legal has been named a finalist in three categories: Corporate Law Firm of the Year, Deal of the Year (up to £10m), and Dealmaker of the Year for Director Anna Cattee.

Looking ahead, CMP Legal is continuing to invest in its services, with plans to launch a dedicated commercial property department later this year. The move reflects the firm’s ambition to expand its full-service commercial offering and support an increasing number of transactions expected in 2026.
Winners of the East Midlands Dealmakers Awards will be announced on Thursday, 21st May 2026, followed by the South Yorkshire event on Thursday, 18th June 2026.
