Founded in 1988, RA Information Systems is an employee-owned business providing specialist software and managed IT services. With more than 38 years of experience, RA supports businesses, local authorities, and workspace operators with software development, infrastructure design, connectivity, telephony, and support services.
Headquartered in Chesterfield, RA combines deep technical expertise with a strong customer-first culture. In 2024, RA transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), strengthening its long-term independence and commitment to sustainable growth.
RA develops and supports two specialist software platforms Ezytreev and CLARITY CORE.
Ezytreev is one of the UK’s most established tree, TPO, and landscape asset management platforms. It enables councils, parks teams, and large consultancies to manage millions of trees and green assets efficiently, improve compliance, and support better data-led decision-making.
While CLARITY CORE is a specialist platform, designed for innovation-led organisations, science parks, and flexible workspace providers. It supports multiple-occupancy management and licensing, handling offices, labs, and other workspaces, as well as contract generation and automated billing.
