Half Term at Matlock Farm Park

Join in with the half term fun at Matlock Farm Park!

What to expect

There are newborns to meet at the farm, including fluffy chicks and gorgeous, rare breed Swiss Valais lambs due any time. Also, see and learn about adopted calves that are currently bottle feeding.

Each day will feature the highland cattle family feeding time, where you can meet the clan and find out which baby belongs to which mum.

As well as the return of sheep and ferret racing and their fabulous ‘Meet the reptiles’ staff-guided sessions.

Plus, small animal petting, meerkat talks, wallaby encounters, daily children’s pony rides, super indoor & outdoor playtime and a delightful café to cosy up in, what’s not to love!
