Home Instead Chesterfield is a leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award-winning training and an excellent reputation they are immensely proud of the quality of care they provide. Care Professionals are matched to Clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and this enables them to provide personalised support.
Opened in October 2011, the Chesterfield Home Instead office is owned and operated by husband and wife, Nigel and Stephanie Metham. Home Instead Chesterfield is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Stephanie explains: “We are very proud to be part of the Home Instead family and are delighted to deliver Home Instead quality services to the people of Chesterfield and the surrounding areas.”
By providing a high-quality service for Clients in their own homes, Home Instead support Clients to live independently without having to change their lifestyle. This gives reassurance and comfort to both Clients and their families, to know that they have support from people who are part of their local community.
Home Instead visits are a minimum of one hour up to 24 hours a day and support can include companionship, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication support, personal care, shopping, attending appointments, trips out into the community and more. Home Instead also provides a Live-In Care service where a Care Professional moves into the Clients home for an agreed period of time on a rota basis so they can provide companionship, personal care and practical support throughout the day.
