Following Chesterfield’s attendance at UKREiiF, the Chesterfield Property and Construction Group forum will convene to explore the borough’s £2 billion regeneration pipeline and hear more about the region’s spatial priorities.

There will also be an update from CITB on their latest market insights.

During the morning session, delegates will hear from keynote speakers representing both the public and private sectors.

Speakers at this event will be as follows:

• Neil Johnson – Director of Economic Growth, Chesterfield Borough Council
• Nathan Wilkins – Customer Engagement Manager at CITB
• Ken Harrison – Spatial Development Director at EMCCA

This forum provides Chesterfield Champions operating in the property and construction sector with an opportunity to come together, discuss sector-specific developments, learn about upcoming projects in the town, and help shape future activity and campaigns.
