Exotic wildlife is coming to town as Chesterfield goes on Safari, Saturday 22nd August.

Meet your favourite safari animals.

Lions, orangutans, baby hippos, baby rhinos, and baby apes. Wildlife that you’d normally find along an African safari, you’ll now find walking through Chesterfield Market.

Kids will love these realistic life-size puppets as they get to meet the cute characters they’d normally see in books or on TV.

How to attend

Chesterfield on Safari is a free town centre attraction. Simply head to Chesterfield Market Place on Saturday 22nd August and find the exotic (puppet) animals that little ones will love.
