Easter at Matlock Farm Park

Easter at Matlock Farm Park promises to be jam-packed with fun! Take a look at what’s going on from 28th March – 12th April:

Easter egg-stravaganza Saturday 28th March – Sunday 12th April

Spring is in the air and it’s such a special time of year at Matlock Farm Park.

See their lovely Sheep Maternity Ward and Nursery in The Ark and find out if their expectant mums have any gorgeous new additions.

Get up close to the lambs and learn more about the lambing process too, with staff-guided talks.

Plus, there are special events taking place over the Easter weekend. Find out more below!

Good Friday 3rd April – Jurassic Fun Day with Bluey the Raptor

Matlock Farm Park Dinosaur Day

Meet Bluey the Raptor and a few baby dinos as they walk around the grounds of Matlock Farm Park.

Plus, on this Easter weekend, there will be Easter Egg hunts with the Easter Bunny and a special ‘Find the Golden Egg’ feature. Will you be the lucky winner and claim your fabulous prize?

Saturday 4th April – Afternoon Tea with the Easter Bunny

Join the Easter bunny for a delightful afternoon tea in this perfect spring season activity.

Begin your experience with a charming carrot hunt, where little ones can search high and low alongside a very special guest.

Children can then get creative with Easter tree decorating, adding their own colourful touches, and enjoy special meet and greet moments with the Easter Bunny.

After all that excitement, sit down to enjoy a delicious afternoon tea filled with sweet and savoury treats.

Finally, once you’ve filled up on delicious sandwiches and sweet treats, it’s time to meet our own rabbits in a private small animal petting session.

Afternoon tea with the Easter Bunny is only available with pre-booking. Secure your tickets early to make sure you don’t miss out.

Easter Sunday 5th April – The BIG Bubbleman

Don’t miss the Bubble Spectacular!

The Big Bubbleman, his bubble mill, wands and special potions make the most amazing bubbles! Whether it’s monster bubbles the size of a car, or swirling clouds of smaller bubbles being chased by happy children, this is pure joy!

Children also have the opportunity to make their own big bubbles or create smaller multi-coloured bubbles with hoops and trays of bubble liquid.

Easter Monday 6th April – K-POP Superfan Day

New to Matlock Farm Park is this hugely popular K-Pop tribute act, featuring live, high energy showcase performances!

Sing along to popular songs, such as Golden and Soda POP, learn the dances, play mini games and join in with fun activities during the day.

Check out Matlock Farm Park’s socials the week before the event for session times. Fun for all the family and of course dress up is welcome.

With it being Easter Weekend, there will also be our famous Easter Egg Hunt with the Easter Bunny, ‘Find the Golden Egg’ and Meet the Cade Lambs.

All of the usual super animal and playtime fun around the park too, including sheep and ferret racing, wallaby encounter, meerkat talk, small animal petting and more!
