Help to Grow: Management Programme for Businesses; Chesterfield
Help to Grow: Management is a leadership and management programme being delivered by world-class business schools accredited by the Small Business Charter. The programme has been designed to support managers and leaders of small and medium businesses to boost business performance, resilience, and long-term growth.
The 12-week programme is 90% funded and has been designed to allow participants to complete it alongside their existing role.
The in-depth high-quality curriculum will support you to build your capabilities in leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business, and financial management. By the end of the programme, you will develop a business growth plan to help you lead your business to release its potential.
The programme
The practical programme takes place over 12-weeks and is delivered through online and four face-to-face sessions. Participants will also be able to take advantage of peer-support from likeminded business managers and mentoring.
The University of Derby are delivering the programme locally within the East Midlands, with sessions being held at St Helena’s. The next course being delivered in Chesterfield starts on the 15 March 2022.
