What to expect
This workshop may prove particularly useful for business owners and senior managers who are not formally trained in finance.
As a result, delegates can be of different levels of when it comes to their understanding and skill set. This workshop is designed to involve peer learning so that attendees can work collaboratively in pairs or small groups to discuss issues and find solutions to their problems.

- The standard business finance models of the Balance Sheet, P&L and Cashflow
- The numerous ways of funding a business from your own cash/assets, to private equity and crowd funding
- Analysis of the financial statements and their link to strategies to improve performance
