Mould Ability is a specialist manufacturer based in Staveley, Chesterfield. The business produces master patterns, tooling moulds, and lightweight GRP and composite components.

Founded in 2004, the company builds on over 40 years of hands-on experience. Its location near the M1 makes it easy to serve clients across the UK, while remaining proud of its Chesterfield roots.

The business offers a full, bespoke service from design through to production. Every stage of the process is handled in-house by a skilled team. Mould makers and composite engineers work side by side, blending traditional craft with modern engineering. This teamwork delivers robust, high-performance results for every project.

Over the years, the company has invested in the future workforce by training young engineers. It works closely with the Chesterfield College Group and local universities to support qualifications from Level 2 to Level 4. These partnerships give young people real-world experience and open the door to meaningful careers in manufacturing.
