As a well-established not-for-profit organisation, it continues to deliver high-quality, professional counselling to individuals, couples, families, young people, and organisations. With a charitable commitment to providing free or subsidised therapy at the point of need, SPACE is ensuring no one is turned away due to financial hardship.

The service has deep roots in the Chesterfield and North Derbyshire community. All board members and staff are residents who are passionate about making a difference. “I am proud to support this provision. It’s key focus is putting Chesterfield and North Derbyshire people first,” said the Chair of the Board, a volunteer counsellor and psychotherapist of over 42 years. “Our aim is to sustain our charity in partnership with local businesses and the community.
