The course is split into 2 sessions, and between them features some of the most important aspects of successful and consistent sales departments:

  1. Getting rapport quickly and encouraging the client to talk and open up – finding out the client’s needs
  2. Structuring your questioning technique around SPECIFICS
  3. Constructing a value proposition that the client will find attractive and want to buy
  4. Identifying the key motivators of the client and using them to prepare for objections
  5. Closing naturally so that the client is eager to go ahead

Plus, more useful tactics, strategies, and processes are involved in creating a smooth, successful sales process.

To take part you must attend both sessions on the 23rd and 30th September. The training takes place over two separate days, with time between, to put skills into practice and then take them onto the next layer. This promotes better learning and embedding of the skills learnt.
