The 2021 Love Chesterfield Awards ceremony tool place on Wednesday 20th October at the Winding Wheel Theatre. The Love Chesterfield Awards is organised by Destination Chesterfield in association with EntireFM – Complete Facilities Management and Support.

Meet our host for 2021

This year the event wias hosted by Strictly star and breakfast TV presenter Mike Bushell.

Mike Bushell has been a familiar face on Saturday morning Breakfast TV for over 15 years. Presenting sport to the masses, he covers a vast range of activities and pursuits. His goal is to prove there is a sport out there for everyone and has not shied away from trying his hand at any, with the record of trying 560 different sports and activities.

Alongside his day job, Mike has competed in Celebrity Mastermind and more recently was a beloved contestant in 2019’s Strictly Come Dancing.

Where can I buy tickets?

What should I wear?

The dress code for the awards ceremony is black tie. This is your chance to get out those glamorous dresses and suits and to feel like a superstar when arriving at the awards!

What time should I arrive?

Arrival is from 6:15pm at the Winding Wheel Theatre. In the welcome area, you will be greeted and signed in.

You will then make your way to the drink’s reception, which has been sponsored by Greatest Hits Radio.

You will be asked to take your seats for the welcome at 7:00pm. Dinner will be served at 7:30pm, and the awards ceremony will follow.

Do I need to bring my ticket with me?

Yes please – remember to bring your ticket with you. Thank you to Chesterfield Digital High Street, who are our Ticket sponsors for 2021.

What will we be eating?

Thank you to JP Fire Safety, which has sponsored this year’s delicious menu.

Homemade Citrus Cheesecake
Homemade citrus cheesecake, served on a biscuit base with swirls of berry & vanilla sauce, topped with crushed meringue

Following the easing of the Government’s Covid 19 restrictions we ask that you follow this guidance and advice regarding attending the Love Chesterfield Awards to support the health and wellbeing of all attendees and staff.

• We advise guests to take a lateral flow test on the day or 24 hours before attending the event and if test positive, not to attend the event and follow current Government guidance.
• Please do not attend if experiencing any potential symptoms of Coronavirus or feeling unwell.
• Hand sanitiser will be placed throughout the venue for your use at regular intervals.
• We advise the use of a face mask whilst moving around the venue.
• Please be aware that during the night you may be seated with other organisations. Please be respectful of everyone attending the event and their approach to Covid 19.
