Got drawers full of buttons, shelves stacked with sketchbooks, or boxes of beads you swear you’ll use one day? You’re not alone, and the Chesterfield Crafters Bazaar Market is just the place for you, coming Sunday 23rd August.
What to expect
If you’re an artist or crafter, then you’ll know it’s easy to build up a large stash of materials, tools, books and magazines! Crafters Bazaar allows stallholders to declutter their stock. It’s the perfect chance for them to put unwanted art and crafting materials back into circulation, and for you to find some treasures. The aim is to encourage more reuse of existing art materials.
There will be fabric, yarn, card, beads, craft magazines, embroidery threads, buttons, ribbon, art books, paper, crafting tools, paints, stamps and dies, feathers, patterns and general haberdashery for sale. Plus tons of advice on many different crafts from the stallholders if you care to ask. You might even make some new crafting friends while you are there.
It’s not just about buying and selling (though there’ll be plenty of tempting bits and bobs). The Bazaar is a chance to share knowledge, pick up a new trick, or finally find the missing piece for that project you’ve been working on since February.
How to join
The Chesterfield Crafters Bazaar is completely free to attend, no ticket, no fuss – just turn up and explore.
