PEAK proposes a mixed-use, multi-brand tourism destination.

Similar to the internationally successful ski village model, PEAK’s master plan is developed around a transport and mobility system connected to a national park.

A TOWN CENTRE FOR THE FUTURE
Chesterfield is undergoing a major transformation, with refurbishment plans being carried out by Chesterfield Borough Council for a number of key town centre sites.

The historic marketplace and town centre will be revamped, as will the Stephenson Memorial Hall - extending the Pomegranate Theatre, reconfiguring and modernising Chesterfield Museum, and introducing new gallery space, a café bar, education, and community facilities.

GREAT DEAL FOR STAVELEY
The future development and regeneration of 150 hectares of former industrial land in the Staveley area of Chesterfield is a long-term vision to remove industrial dereliction and improve the landscape, at the same time as creating an opportunity for new housing, significant employment opportunities and green infrastructure.

Staveley Town Deal is bringing forward over £25m worth of projects to improve the area.

GRADE A OFFICE SPACE
The HQ is a purpose-built, modern four-storey office building, which is ready to move into and fully equipped with everything businesses need to prosper.

Individual units start from 439 sq ft, with a total of 14,039 sq ft available across the development.

Finished to Grade A specification, The HQ offers a flexible working environment to suit all business needs. The site also benefits from ample on-site car parking.

Chesterfield Waterside is an innovative and sustainable £340 million regeneration scheme.

The development has risen from the remains of the old Trebor factory and former Arnold Laver site, and is a major mixed-use programme to the immediate north of the town centre.

The site straddles the River Rother and Chesterfield Canal and sits alongside the A61, and will provide a thriving and successful new part of the town centre.

STATION MASTERPLAN
Ambitious plans are set to transform the area between the town centre and Chesterfield Railway Station – creating a vibrant gateway to North Derbyshire and setting out potential sites to create around 850 new jobs.

TOWN CENTRE LEISURE
Elder Way is a landmark mixed-use scheme, breathing life into the town’s famous 1930s, Mock-Tudor former Co-op department store. New restaurant, gym and hotel offerings will establish a leisure space and eating quarter.
