The webinar will explore how managers can, using proven coaching approaches, use the right mix of challenge and support to engage colleagues, align goals and bring about enhanced performance of individuals and teams.

It will look at the benefits of adopting a coaching style of management within the supervisory or management role, and will signpost the skills and knowledge required by managers to become an effective coach.
