Swing to the 1940s at Vicar Lane!
Vicar Lane Shopping Centre is celebrating one of the biggest 1940s flea markets in the country, here in Chesterfield, with free live entertainment throughout the day.
There will be performances from a singing duo and the chance to reminisce whilst playing vintage playground games.
Plus, the kids will be able to get temporary tattoos and learn what life was like without digital communication by writing a postcard to a friend or family member.
It will be a great opportunity for families and friends to experience the camaraderie of war-time and post-war Britain, see stall-holders in period dress and enjoy authentic live entertainment in the centre of town.
