FIREM is the property and asset management company of The HQ at Rowland Hill House, which brings a wide range of flexible, affordable and high-quality office space to Chesterfield’s commercial market. Formerly home to the Royal Mail, The HQ is a purpose-built modern four-storey office building. The two interconnected office blocks, ‘Block 1’ and ‘Block 2’ are on a self-contained site, each providing accommodation over ground and three upper floors. In 2022, office space at The HQ underwent extensive refurbishment with a brand new reception, meeting spaces and smaller suites to cater to start-ups and growing businesses.

With assets totalling in excess £1.2bn, FIREM’s portfolio includes industrial, office, retail and residential.
