As Europe’s largest hot tub distributor, Superior Wellness create premium, high quality products focused on improving health and well-being. They are an innovative manufacturer and distributor, importing from several countries to offer the widest choice of hot tubs and swim spas to the trade and retail customers.
From their base in Chesterfield, they work with over 200 partners across the UK and Europe serving thousands of customers worldwide. Superior Wellness have recently moved from their Brimington base to the Chesterfield Trading Estate.
The size of their new warehouse, distribution centre and head office are phenomenal at 130,000 square foot. It will also house one of the UK’s largest hot tub showrooms for their retail division Miami Spas set to open this summer. The new location is almost the size of two football pitches and will be the largest hot tub distribution centre in the UK stocking up to 3,000 hot tubs. The move will spearhead their plans and help them reach their vision of being the world market leader in hot tubs and swim spas.
The company, who also celebrates their 10-year anniversary in 2021, was started by Rob Carlin, Managing Director in 2011. Rob said: “I started the company from my bedroom in Brimington and I am still based in Chesterfield ten years later. Being based centrally in Chesterfield allows us to deliver products to our customers much quicker which increases customer satisfaction. I am proud to live and work here in Chesterfield and delighted to become a Chesterfield Champion to support the town and raise the profile.”
Superior Wellness saw phenomenal growth in 2020 in terms of sales, revenue and team members too. They are also investing in marketing, technology, research, IT, product innovation and the customer experience. They aim to go beyond expectations in all that they do.
