Lionel Richie at the Proact
International superstar Lionel Richie will return to the UK in 2018, with a show at Chesterfield’s Proact Stadium on Thursday, June 21. The date is part of a summer tour which will be visiting iconic venues across the country.
Special guest Anastacia will join the ‘All The Hits’ tour in Chesterfield – making it the perfect opportunity to see her present her electric pop music live. With over a dozen Top 40 entries to her name, spurred on by multi-platinum, global hits ‘I’m Outta Love’ and ‘Left Outside Alone’ and major hits ‘Sick and Tired.’ Anastacia has achieved number one hits in 19 countries, a shower of gold and platinum awards, more than 100 million YouTube views, three BRIT Award nominations and more.
Performing hits from his extensive and much loved repertoire spanning decades, all the way from the Commodores to the present day, Richie’s shows are world renowned for their party atmosphere. Fans will be able to enjoy timeless mega-hits and sing along to classics such as ‘Lady’, ‘Truly, ‘Dancing on the Ceiling’, ‘Say You Say Me’, ‘Hello’ and ‘All Night Long’.

The stadium car park closes at 4pm. Various other locations are available for parking, i.e. Tesco and multi-storey car park on Beetwell Street. Entry to Tesco car park, which costs £10, can be later than 4pm. Details of more car parks in Chesterfield
The road outside the stadium car park will be closed at 4.30pm.
Doors open at the stadium at 4.30pm, with food and drink available from this time. Food/drink should not be brought into the stadium.
The support act, Anastacia, is due to be on stage at 7pm.
The concert is due to end at around 10.30pm.
Hospitality guests are advised that doors open at 3.30pm, with food served from 4.30pm.
Please note that bags brought into the stadium may be subject to a search.
Tickets will be on sale at the stadium of the day of the concert, from 12noon until Lionel goes on stage. They will be sold via Ticketmaster from the Matchday Ticket Office windows. Please note that cash purchases will be at face value while credit card purchases will be subject to a booking fee.
