Drawing Connections workshop at Chesterfield Museum
During February Half Term, join in with two half day drawing workshop at Chesterfield Museum.
The workshops will run alongside the Drawing Connections exhibit by the National Society of Graphic Fine Art and give youngsters an excellent opportunity to work with local professional artists who are members of the Society of Graphic Fine Art.
The workshops will include:
- Viewing the exhibition
- Introductory activities creating quick sketches
- Receiving guidance on using colour and tone
- Producing a self-portrait in a hat (for the younger group)
- Taking it in turns to pose and sketch from the figure (for the older group)
- Advice on how to develop this work further at home
