The story
The year is 1625 and the Stirdale Witch Trials are at their worst with women being burned at the stake on a regular basis. The last to die Elizabeth Hubbard shouted out the name Prudence Chastaine and named her as an accomplice as she was tied to the stake and Prudence was immediately arrested. Tonight is her trial and if she is found guilty she will be burned at the stake this evening. Will her supporters manage to convince Sheriff Smith to Pardon Prudence or will her accusers be victorious and see her burnt in a blaze of fire and fury…
