Thyme & Cracked Pepper Roast Beef with Peppercorn Sauce
Carved tender roast beef with a thyme & cracked pepper crust on sliced layered
buttered potatoes drizzled with a white wine, mushroom & peppercorn sauce
Roasted Butternut Squash & Mixed Bean Shortcrust Pastry Pie (V, Vegan)
A home-made individual shortcrust pastry pie filled with roasted & glazed butternut squash, mixed beans and thyme, drizzled with a rich clear tomato & rosemary infused sauce, served with creamy potato puree & chives
