Peak Edge Hotel invite you to the seventh chapter of the popular wine-tasting evening. This time we embark on a journey through the Iberian Peninsula. Get ready to sip and savour the rich and diverse flavours produced in the warmth of Spain and Portugal. This introduction to Iberia will be brought to you with the supplier “Hattersley Wines”.
The evening starts with canapés and arrival drink, before 5 courses each served with a different wine. There is also an opportunity to purchase the wine on the night if it takes your fancy.
