Qoozies Iron Kale Smoothie

This delicious Iron Kale Smoothie from Qoozies, located in Vicar Lane Shopping Centre, is all made with fresh fruit and veg, and nothing else!

Ingredients

• 100g of natural yogurt
• 1 handful of kale
• 1 handful of spinach
• 1 peeled orange
• 4 ice cubes

Method

Roughly chop ingredients.

Place in a blender and mix for 45 seconds or until smooth.

Serve immediately, relax and enjoy!
