Chesterfield Developments

We are a town of great character and characters that is going places and forging ahead into the new century. We have ambition and are striving to be even more successful than we have been. Rising from our industrial past through Chesterfield developments is a contemporary destination with a great history and a superb future and just some developments are featured here.

Our heritage is being complemented by modern developments that have already delivered new business units, office accommodation, Innovation Centres, modern housing, retail centres and new schools but our plans don’t stop there. Through our Town Centre Masterplan our ideas and plans are still continuing and breathing even more life into our local facilities and communities.

In the next few years the Chesterfield developments will bring the addition of even more quality accommodation, leisure activities, retail and business premises which will continue to transform the town, making us an even more desirable place to invest and live.

The latest Chesterfield developments include Markham Vale, Chesterfield Waterside, Queens Park Sports Centre and the Northern Gateway.

If you are a developer looking to bring forward a major scheme Chesterfield Borough Council’s planning team will be able to assist you.
