To celebrate International Women’s Day and British Science Week, Kakou CIC will be holding a science day at Chesterfield Museum and Art Gallery to accompany the Extraordinary Women exhibition.
Discover how women have contributed to science and engineering innovations that are now essential to our everyday lives.
Kakou will also be providing a range of exciting hands-on activities for all ages – kids and adults, covering a wide range of STEM subjects from code-breaking to paper marbling.
To have even more fun with science, why not book to see the Exciting Science Show at the Pomegranate Theatre at 2.30pm. It promises to amaze and astound all ages from 4 years and upwards and put the “Exciting” back into Science.
