Our Chesterfield Champion events aim to inspire, educate and inform Champions on a range of things such as:

• Destination Chesterfield marketing campaigns
• Business and skills support, funding and grants
• Inward investment and development

These are also a great way to connect informally with like-minded Champions and local businesses, alongside catching up with the Destination Chesterfield Team.

Champions Event: Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Manufacturing and Engineering Forum

Date: Tuesday 22nd October

Time: 12pm – 2pm

Venue: The SMH Group Stadium

Open to: Manufacturing and Engineering businesses

We invite manufacturing and engineering businesses to join us at the next Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Manufacturing Forum, delivered by Destination Chesterfield with support from NatWest and United Cast Bar Ltd. The forum aims to give the sector a voice in Chesterfield. Destination Chesterfield can develop a programme of activities from these discussions, including raising awareness, school interaction and skills development.

10 people from Chesterfield Champion organisations are invited to discuss investing in Chesterfield at November’s Round Table.

The in-person discussion will allow Destination Chesterfield to create two strong news stories around current affairs. You will be able to read these stories both via Destination Chesterfield’s channels or through the readership of the Derbyshire Times.

Business Event: Chesterfield Investment Summit

Date: Wednesday 6th November 2024

Time: 8:30am – 11:30pm

The Chesterfield Investment Summit, organised by Destination Chesterfield will take place on Wednesday 6th November 2024 at Casa Hotel.

Throughout the morning, delegates will hear from speakers on regeneration and investible opportunities in the town. 2024’s summit will focus on experiences and investments in our town centres.
