The Chesterfield Property and Construction Group in association with Destination Chesterfield organises a range of forums, events and networking throughout the year.
Chesterfield Property and Construction Forum
The forum brings together group members to shape the delivery of the group, share best practice and work collaborative to support the property and construction sector and the promotion of Chesterfield as a place to invest.
Each forum will focus on one of the key themes and objectives of the Property and Construction Group. The schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday 27th February – Focus on the year ahead
- Tuesday 25th June – Key factors of industry

Networking and Social Events
The group organise a range of networking events throughout the year
Who can attend: Anyone working in the property and construction sector (Chesterfield Property and Construction Group Members receive priority booking).
Property @ The Bierhaus
Chesterfield’s property and construction businesses are invited to attend a networking session in a relaxed setting of Brampton Brewery’s bar, The Brampton Bierhaus. The event is a chance to keep up with colleagues and collaborate across the sector.

Joint events with Women in Property
Networking with our friends from the Woman in Property Group. Join us for an informal evening of networking food and drink at great venues across Chesterfield.
Who can attend: Women in Property and Chesterfield Property Group Members can attend for free. Other delegates from the property and construction sector are welcome but there will be a small charge to cover the cost of the event.
