This is a full day event, hosted by East Midlands Chamber of commerce, which will take you through all the fundamentals in starting your own business.
Who’ll be presenting this workshop?
With a background in local authority business support and Chambers of Commerce, Andy has over 15 years’ experience working with and advising businesses. Specialising in supporting businesses through the tricky start up period and beyond Andy has helped hundreds of individuals to follow their dream and successfully start their own business.
From the initial idea stage through to having an established business he is on hand to act as a sounding board, providing advice, guidance and a long list of useful contacts.
He likes nothing more than to test the financial viability of an idea through detailed financial forecasting and researching of costs. As well as proving assistance with business planning, customer profiling, finding marketing channels, financial forecasting and understanding legal obligations.
