The Chesterfield College Group offer support and services for the entire recruitment process for any employers looking to bring an apprentice into their workforce. This includes advertising vacancies, sifting through applications and assisting with the interview process.

They match apprenticeship candidates with the roles employers need to fill and the culture of the organisation they are recruiting for – this has resulted in many of their apprentices becoming permanent employees after completing their apprenticeship, gaining promotion and securing a long term career.

All of their apprentices are visited in the workplace and supported throughout their apprenticeships. Employers are also provided with on-going support to ensure their apprentice is progressing and on-track to complete their training.

All apprentice candidates are offered pre-interview support to provide them with the best opportunity to gain employment, and feedback if they are not successful in their interview. They aim to find alternative apprenticeship vacancies for candidates who are not successful at interview wherever possible.

Chesterfield College also offer a range of mandatory training (e.g. first aid), professional training (Accounting, teacher training, counselling and HR) and courses designed to upskill staff (Adobe software training, MOT tester, electric/hybrid vehicle maintenance, welding).
