Hartington Commercial Park is a 20-hectare site with outline planning permission for industrial and warehouse development. The scheme will create more local jobs close to the successful Markham Vale site.

Staveley Town Deal funding will support the development of infrastructure and enabling works to bring forward the project.

This project will create around 70,000 square metres of new commercial floor space and more than 1,000 new jobs for Staveley residents.

The site has outline planning permission for employment development, with site access from Hall Lane. In addition, restored development platforms totaling approximately 36 acres have now been created.

Perfectly located in the centre of the country with close proximity to the M1 motorway, the development is in an excellent strategic location. Hartington Industrial Park also provides proximity to major cities such as Sheffield, Nottingham, Leeds, Derby and Manchester. Furthermore, several UK ports and airports can be reached within a 90-minute drive.
