Redbrik promotes Jessica Risorto to Director role

Redbrik has promoted Jessica Risorto to Director as the firm looks to develop a greater diversity of skills amongst the senior management team.

Since joining the company in 2015, Jessica has continually delivered and grown in every position within the sales department. Most recently, she held the position of Area Manager in Chesterfield, which she will continue to lead on.

Jessica will join Managing Director Mark Ross and Directors David Cooper and Peter Lee as a member of Redbrik’s board of directors.

Mark said: “Jessica has been with us for six years, and in that time, has gained a wealth of knowledge which we believe she will apply to her new role. David, Peter and I are thrilled that she will be supporting us with the delivery of strategic plans in 2022 and beyond.”

Jessica added: “I would like to say thank you to Mark, David and Peter for giving me this fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of the business. Coming from a hospitality background, prior to joining Redbrik, I understand the importance of exceptional customer service. I’m excited to bring this and many new ideas across the entire organisation.”

The company has also announced that Laura Molloy has been promoted to Area Manager for the Crystal Peaks branch, after previously working as Sales Manager and then most recently Assistant Manager in Chesterfield.

A newly created position of Head of Residential Sales will now be held by David Cooper. As well as his roles as Director and South West Sheffield Area Manager, David will oversee the residential property sales operations of the business. This will involve facilitating an enhanced property sales service for home movers.

With branches in Chesterfield, South West Sheffield, Crystal Peaks and North West Sheffield, Redbrik is looking to further expand its team during 2022 with several new hires and promotions.

Redbrik named one of the best estate agents in the country at Best Estate Agent Guide

Redbrik has been named one of the top estate agents in the country, receiving the Gold Award for both Sales and Lettings in the Best Estate Agent Guide.

Over 15,000 estate agencies are included in the assessment conducted by the Property Academy and supported by the property portal, Rightmove. Very few agents receive the gold award for both Sales and Lettings services, and Redbrik is one of the only agents in our region to achieve this accolade.

The Best Estate Agent Guide is judged by an independent research team, creating and analysing over three billion data points, making it the biggest assessment of any industry.

Each branch of every agent in the UK is scored against a unique set of criteria looking at property marketing, customer service and results – which consumers consider to be among the most important criteria when selecting which agent to sell or let their property.

These are determined following a survey of 30,000 buyers, sellers, landlords and renters. The assessment uses a combination of data analysis, mystery shopping and a website review to identify the best agencies in the country.

Redbrik Managing Director, Mark Ross, said: “These awards follow a rigorous and independent assessment, and we are thrilled to have been recognised as among the best in the country.

“This is our fifth consecutive year being featured in the Best Estate Agent Guide. The guide has accredited us every year since it began, and we could not be prouder of how hard we have worked to receive the Gold Award in both categories this year.”

This year’s Best Estate Agent Guide results were announced on Wednesday 3rd November when 1,500 of the leading estate and letting agents and suppliers from across the UK gathered for the country’s most significant estate agency event, the EA Masters.

Peter Knight, Founder of the Property Academy, added: “We set out to provide the home mover with a reliable resource to help identify the best estate agent in each area, whether someone is looking to sell or let a property. Only the best branches make it into the Best Estate Agent Guide, and only the very best agencies have been recognised with an award.”

Chesterfield estate agents support launch of new Derbyshire Times property guide

The Derbyshire Times has launched a brand new 16-page weekly property guide – thanks to the support of leading estate agents from across Chesterfield.

The new supplement, which launched in the June 17 edition of the Derbyshire Times, will showcase the beautiful homes for sale and to rent across the north Derbyshire area.

It also includes editorial features about homes for sale, as well as local market news and the latest on interior design trends.

Phil Bramley, editor of the Derbyshire Times, said: “The backing we have received from local estate agents for this initiative has been exceptional.

“North Derbyshire has a burgeoning housing market, along with many new developments in the pipeline.

“The area’s excellent transport links and robust local economy have made it an attractive prospect as the recovery gets underway.

“We’ve been working hard throughout the pandemic to keep our readers up-to-date on news that matters to them in the district, and we’ve learnt from their feedback how much they value the DT as a trusted source of local information online and in print.

“We know, too, that property is of huge interest to our readers right now – which is why we are so pleased to launch the new property guide this week.

“I’d also like to thank all the local estate agents who have supported this initiative and helped make it happen.”
